How the Illegal Google monopoly increases your legal fees

Do You Offer Payment Plans for Criminal Defense?

This is the number one question Florida criminal defense lawyers are asked. We do offer payment plans but not the low budget, low fee plans people are searching for. So, why do legal fees cost so much? Thanks to Google and criminal defense clients, your fees have $1,200 to $1,500 tacked on which doesn't go to your lawyer or law firm. This money goes to Google in the form of Pay Per Click and other types of ads and to Search Engine Marketing companies.

The more you click, the higher your legal fees

Google wants you to believe that their “Google Screened” means something. It doesn't mean a thing. The Florida Bar certifies lawyers as experts or specialists, but have you ever seen this on a search? No, it distracts from Google's Holy and Sacred mission: shaking every penny out of our pockets.

So, each time you click on a Google ad, it costs the advertising law firm hundreds of dollars. Think about this: hundreds of dollars for a single click on a single ad. As you and countless others click and click, Google makes a fortune you never see because the law firm has to keep raising their fees to keep up with the cost of marketing.

Who actually pay for this? You do. Google is an illegal monopoly bilking advertisers and their customers alike.

No paycheck at the end of the month

This is so bad, I routinely see colleagues I've known for years return to the Public Defender's Office or the State Attorney's Office simply because they cannot survive when the cost of marketing exceeds profit.

One month, you can take a paycheck. The next, everyone in the office gets paid except the owner. The results speak for themselves:

  • certification in criminal trial law is at an all time low. Being “Google Screened” is more important than actual top tier credentials
  • cases don't go to the best attorneys. They go to the best marketing attorneys.

if you want real skill instead of “Big Tech Screened”, ask a single question: are you certified as a specialist by the Florida Bar. The lawyer is either certified or you will here the long story of why that doesn't matter.

Real criminal trial law specialists are certified by the Florida Bar

I've said this many times: the best of the best are specialists. Google garbage is worthless since actual expertise and knowledge are not even considered. There are almost 30 areas of specialization now. Whatever your legal need, ditch Google and search for certified lawyers in the Florida Bar website. This link will take you directly to the search page without any Google garbage or fake credentials. This is the real deal.
