Legal fees for Violation of Community Control, House Arrest or Probation must be paid up front and in full. If you are looking for a lower legal fee without regard to quality, we are probably not the right legal group for you.

Most misdemeanors are $3,500.00 and up while most felonies start at $5,000.00 to $15,000.00 depending on a variety of factors. The fee in your case may vary and most payment plans approved require 50% down and the balance paid in thirty (30) to ninety (90) days.

The purpose of an initial consultation is for the attorney and client to discuss all matters related to hiring legal services and a post-retention strategy.

If you would like to proceed with a consultation anyway, there is a $450/hour fee to be paid upfront. Simply note in the “What Happened?” Area above that you are not interested in retaining counsel but would like to purchase a consultation for questions.

The attorneys simply do not have time to answer questions from people who are not serious about hiring legal services.

Definitive answers to most legal questions require attorney work effort and time, which is what clients receive when represented by the attorneys in the legal group.
