Will everybody be approved? No. That would be unrealistic, and nobody would believe it for good reason. However, most people will be approved, and here is something to consider. If a board certified expert in criminal law is sending you a link to use non-traditional finance, they think that they can help you avoid jail or prison. People in jail or prison cannot pay legal fees. If we are talking about a family, member or friend that is paying for the case that may not factor in so much, but either way for a legal services consumer, this is a very good deal. This gives them a shot at having a fair trial, the best settlement, dismissal, or whatever can be obtained by hiring the best criminal defense lawyer that they can find.
